The Firestorm's slim and sleek proportions are made possible by a compact,
liquid-cooled 90º DOHC V-twin 996cc power plant that forms the impressive
centrepiece of its lightweight and innovative 'pivot less' dual-spar aluminium
frame.

With a large capacity 19 litre fuel tank, the Firestorm's long-distance riding

The VTR1000 RC51 was designed as the motorcycle to be used by Honda's racing
teams in the Superbike World Championship[2]. The 2000-2001 models are
